Jayne Maxwell

Jayne has a long track record in finding senior executives in the international energy sector. She is one of the executive search market leaders in energy (oil, gas and power), renewables and utilities but has also carried out assignments in other sectors such as consumer goods, infrastructure, telecommunications and management consulting. Functionally her work has covered most management disciplines and regularly involves both finding and placing people both locally and internationally.

A large number of her searches involve moving people cross border and finding local, foreign nationals. Most recently she has been working in Nigeria, Pakistan, Egypt, Tanzania, Algeria and Singapore.

She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Middlebury College, Vermont, USA and was the winner of the Thomas Watson Scholarship which enabled her to carry out anthropological research in South East Asia.
